I've come to realize that some providers are on RM for the sport, or just to stroke their egos. For instance the bottoms, I doubt they would be getting as much business as tops or top/vers. Then the Beauty Queens (esp. the Brazilians) coming up lately with fixed rates from $450 to $600 PER HOUR. The only explanation I can find to such attitudes is that they have a good day job, or a SD and RM just complements their income.
