I've seen him a few times since my original post and can verify what guest Davebk said -- easy to get to and park, very nice setup, great technical massage, nice sensual elements at the end. My only issue (not serious) is that it seems his chest is shaved every time I've seen him, and I like a furry pelt. Not a dealbreaker.

He just took down the “Therapeutic only! Don’t be creepy” line and lowered his prices to $160 for 60-min. Well that’s more of my price range of a therapeutic massage in LA.

I agree Jon (https://rentmasseur.com/JTMassage) gives a great therapeutic massage, but for me, the sensual part was somewhat mechanical.
 
I have seen Jay (https://rentmasseur.com/JayMassageSpa), who gives a solid therapeutic massage, also sensual touch throughout the session. He’s a bit pricey though.
