Hi folks,
I apologize if this is a topic that's been asked to death and back (I tried searching for "tip" in the forums, but I got an error message saying that the search string was too short), but I'm fairly new to the whole scene, and I'm trying to be good and conscientious about adequate compensation for my providers.
