  1. I am planning on bottoming for someone during a long weekend. I haven’t bottomed in a long time.  While i will douche, should i also take metamusil?  Does it really firm your stool so i would be less likely to have any particles of feces?   How many days before bottoming should i start metamusil?   Thx for any info

Saw him recently.  Overall decent experience, depending on what you are looking for.  Looks exactly like his pics, friendly, and relatively generous with his body.  But pretty quiet, maybe even shy.  Questionable massage skills — like he learned by watching most of a YouTube video on how to massage.  Would I repeat?  I don’t know, but I don’t think he is for those who are looking for a good massage.

Which massage did you get?  Could you detail his generosity with his body?   Thx

    1. You need to take the daily PreP for about 2 weeks before unprotected sex to provide adequate protection. You need to continue the PreP for at least 2 more weeks to be on the safer side provided you do not have unprotected sex after the first encounter. There is a new kind of PreP that requires only an injection every 2 months and they claim to have better protection. However, you need to get your insurance approve for it which can be tricky for some plan.

    2. PEP is only for exposure with high risk (being bottom and unprotected), the side effects can be quite bad and you need to continue the completion course of the PEP which is a few weeks. If you already take PreP, the doc at emergency department will not recommend you do PEP.

    3. PreP currently has 3 options: For daily pills you will have Truvada or Descovy (or their generic versions). Descovy is newer and is claimed to have less side effects and impact to liver, however it is also more expensive as there is no generic version yet. Most insurance plan will approve Descovy if you doc submit a request. For injection, the brand is Aperture, it is very expensive and most insurance plan only approve it if you are high risk (have multiple unprotected partners etc) but it only needs 1 injection monthly for first 2 times and then 1 injection every 2 months after that. The major side effect for the injection is pain at injection site but many feel it is much better trade off than taking a pill daily.

Thanks much.  My doctor said much of the same.

I recently started frequenting this location and found the "other guy", James,  to be quite skilled as well. I tried him out after several unsuccessful attempts to book Andy. It's been a very enjoyable,  relaxing,  therapeutic and sensual experience thus far. No HE. Although he seems more relaxed with the draping lately and more sensual each visit.  Looking forward to my next visit.

Could you explain the sensual part? Thx

    My libido has definitely waned.

I attribute it to several factors:

    • my age
    • the provider environment, from my perspective, has become much more intense with upselling and misrepresentations along with last-minute cancellations or no-shows, and skyrocketing price points
    • the pandemic and other transmissibles
    • my resistance to tattoos and piercings, which seem to be everywhere
    • travel time to/from appointments

In my case the old "if you don't use it, you lose it" seems to apply.

I'm quite content with my memories and fantasies for the present.

The funds I'm saving also helps.  🙂

    Well said

This! The reality is that when you douche you're not just losing the shit but also the mucus that lines your intestine and is supposed to be there to make pooping more comfortable. I have unfortunately douched multiple times in a few days and really was left with painful bowel movements for several days while my body reset back to normal.

Wow. I’m new to this. Thx.  I’m meeting someone for five days of sex.  Is douching five consecutive days too much?

A couple things can help keep it clean a bit longer:

    A) High-fiber diet or even take fiber pills when you're planning to bottom. This makes your poop thicker and more of it ended up going out of your system when you poop.

    B) Avoiding eating after and right before douching. Unfortunately any significant meals you have will push things down more into your rectum to make room for your food. Small, high-fiber snacks are probably fine. I often do granola bars and dried fruit for overnights for a little snack.

    C) Take a loperamide (immodium) after douching. These anti-diarrhea medications work by calming the nerves in the digestive track. Don't overdo this though as that can cause constipation. Just one or two pills should be sufficient.

I definitely have remained clean all night for overnights before even into the morning. But everyone is different of course.

    Thx for your insight

  8. Excuse my naivete.  While I’m hiv negative, I’ve never taken prep or pep as I’ve not engaged in unsafe sex.  But I’m about to have planned unprotected intercourse.  So i want to take prep and pep.  Some questions:

    1.  What amount of time (days) before my unprotected sex, do i start prep?   And for what amount of time after my unprotected sex do i continue to take prep?

    2. I also want to take pep after the unprotected sex.  Any harm to taking both prep and pep?   For what amount of time after unprotected sex do i take pep?

3  prep and pep are just generic terms for the type of pills, correct?   What prep and pep pills are recommended?

    thx much
