The microwave oven hands down the most impactful appliance that saved my starving student life in college. The air fryer is a close second nowadays. I use both nearly everyday.

I remember being taught the 50 states and their capitals. Other than Canada, Mexico, UK, China and Russia, I think many would struggle to point out some well known countries. Hell, a lot of Americans think LA and SanFran are right next to each other. 😆

I like it that museums are making an effort to do things like this to wet your appetite to visit. The Met has a massive collection. It is nice they are highlighting works that are less known in the mainstream. The Mona Lisa is nice, but there are many other works I would rather explore than stand in the constant line to stream quickly past it.

A friend was on the board for twenty years and gave $10m each year to help fund original productions. I asked her why that didn't go further to help their costs. She said it's a huge organization and very expensive with the various unions it has to operate under before you even get to the salaries of the main performers. It apparently costs a lot to develop new show since everything has to be created from scratch instead of just changing the staging from an established show.

I saw him this afternoon. Hotel is 4 star hotel in Union Square. It's not the Palace or Four Seasons. Small boutique hotel. Found the room and bed to be comfortable. Not sure where ur booking ur hotels at but no room there is $100.
