That is correct. They stay on a tourist visa and leave for weekend trip before it expires and then return right back. I know several who are doing this. The time and cost for a regular work visa is onerous and time consuming hence the end run.

I think more of the guys will begin doing this as the tools get easier to use. Some of the users are not that tech savvy so it really needs to be so easy your grandparents could use to change the photos.
