What worked for me was playing on my VR Game System .. pick games with MULTI-PLAYER then you get to play and talk with soo many people all over the world.... during the COVID lockdown I was on this non-stop DAY / NIGHT.....

Try using a TENS machine or a EMS machine..... also note make sure your place pads on the MUSCLE not the BONE.....
