Trying to make the same point also. @wklukas made the same observation on someone else in another thread.
For no fault, like being late or dishonest or violent, just bad "vibes" cannot be the basis for a case against anyone. Surely, @wklukas would not want someone to dislike him because he gives off bad "vibes" to someone else.
Words (definitely not just a "hello") and actions should be used to hold a person accountable.
