The thread title references Jesse but the link provided indicates the provider name as Matt and there is another thread with the same link referencing Matt and appears to be the same guy with the same phone number. If you are not logged into the site you are unable to post. When you are viewing a thread while not logged in there is a button in the lower right corner of the screen that states: You must log in or register to reply here. Appears only registered users are able to post on the site. I think the posters that have a "Guest" reference under their user name / icon must be on some type of restriction for some reason.

Could you please give an idea of where this building is located? You seem to have more info since you are aware of the no nudity and building. @Keith30309 also asked above if there was a location referenced. I looked through the FB stuff and didn't see any reference of the location. Thanks for any additional info you can provide.
