Yes, could have been much worse. I do fly a lot of guys in and it usually works out fine. I learned a lot this time so it was an expensive but good lesson. I have two more guys flying here over the next three months so I will be a lot more careful.

Well, you guys have better intuition than I do. Our arrangement was for him to be here Friday to Monday and he could work in Dallas during the day and spend the nights 10pm to 12am-ish until he got up and then he could do whatever he wanted. I let him borrow my car (I know, bad idea) with the understanding he would come back at nights. Well, he took my car on Saturday morning and only just now got it back. I have been trying to get a hold of him since and this morning he said he would give me the location of my car if I paid for the rest of our time together and he would return the car by 7am. At 7am, he told me I needed to uber into the city if I wanted it back and get the keys from the desk of the hotel. I did and am back home, car is ok. Expensive lesson learned.

I'm pretty lenient. I like a clean man. Cologne is ok but I rarely encounter it. It is nice to smell it on my sheets for a while after they're gone. Of all the years I have had guys over, never had a theft. I have a "straight" guy that comes over every few weeks and I am his only client.
