If you have time (at least 3-4 hours to prepare), I vastly prefer glycerin suppositories for gentle cleaning. They don't seem to irritate the delicate tissues and after at least 2 rounds, I'm ready to go. 3 or 4 rounds are only for long powerfucking sessions or very big tops.
