I would argue that self care is not pissing away money. And a nice massage, therapeutic or more, with a professional may encourage a different perspective on your body/self esteem - apologies for making speculations but just by the tone of your message, I bet a massage would help in more ways than you may imagine.

Really talented and nice muscles on Rob. https://rentmasseur.com/RobCMTNY A bit hard to be both the best and most muscular though. A lot of muscular eye candy in NYC with average to above average skill but very few who get close to being the best at massage.
