  1. I politely responded, “I’m genuinely grateful for the time you spent with me today! However, my experience today doesn’t line up with the other reviews I saw of you online, and I would rather keep my experience to myself. If you’re open to feedback, I can give you my thoughts. Otherwise, I’ll leave off with it being a pleasure to have met you today!”

He never responded, so I assume he wasn’t receptive to constructive criticism.

Sorry to hear it happened to you, too. I suspect it has something to do with the time of year. Your reply is great, though. I’m totally going to steal it and see what happens! ?

  2. I recently had an appointment with a new provider. He was sweet, enthusiastic, and easy on the eyes. The massage itself (including extras) was a C- at best....and the overall experience (room, oil choice, temperature, etc) would probably knock that grade even lower.

He asked me to write a review. I don’t want to lie outright....but I also don’t want to be brutally honest. He’s brand new, and I got the impression he really needs this gig to work out.

This forum is full of wise, experienced, diplomatic guys - do any of you have ideas on how to give him a review to help business, while still maybe offering gentle hints for improvement?

    Thanks.

  3. I prefer oil. In fact, I prefer a certain brand of oil.

I recently brought it with me to an appointment with

a new therapist. He seemed insulted and basically

refused to use it. “I use cream, it’s better”.

    Never hired him again.

To answer the OP‘s question, I like to shower after a massage.

I usually like to shower fairly soon after, too, but it doesn’t have to be immediately. My skin is more sensitive to certain types of oils, so I try to remember to ask beforehand what he uses (or note discreetly during the appointment.)

  4. I’ve had 2 appointments, one 4-hand and one with Kemal solo. Both were good overall. Full nudity throughout, no mutual touch.

Pros: Kemal is cute, engaging, and gives an unconventional but decent therapeutic massage.

Cons: Upcharge for release, mentioned just after I flipped over onto my back. There were also a few positions that felt like pretenses for getting me worked up. (I don’t mind if you’re lying on top of me & frotting me, but don’t spend the whole time explaining it’s because you’re “working on my shoulders“. C’mon, we’re all adults in this situation.)

Would I repeat? Probably, but I’d try to remember to discuss release before we start, so it doesn’t kill the mood later.
