"Judge Thomas P. Rogers said Thursday as he considered the punishment for Christopher Steele, also known as adult entertainment performer Mike Dozer. “It was so reckless, so outrageous … that it goes beyond all bounds of human decency.”

With the reckless endangerment charge, detectives alleged Steele had sexual contact with the underage boy and “never told him he was HIV positive nor did he tell him of any other sexually transmitted diseases he may have,” according to a criminal complaint.

Through Jack’d, Steele identified himself as Mike Dozer and told (the victim) he was an adult porn star who lived in Delaware, county detectives alleged in the arrest affidavit."
