But 117 is fantastic and worth a very long Uber ride.

Down south outside the huge metro areas, rates are much lower. Yes, they're there in places like Roanoke, VA, Charleston and Martinsburg, WV, etc. in hustler hangouts and some gay bars. Locals know where they hang out. In Europe (not UK) there's shock among clients as some providers are trying to get 200 now, when the rate just went up from 100 to 150 not that long ago (3 or 4 years). Germany especially has always had low rates as Bahnhofjunge are part of German culture. Guys make their money in wealthy places even like Zurich on turnover at $150, not price. Some guys say they are just there to get video/Skype customers. Others pretend they are escorts as advertising for OF and PPVs through it.
