My experience with Czechs is they get married and take ads down. Then they have a baby and disappear. But then when the child gets really expensive about 2 or 3 they make a comeback. But this guy's ad is still up but "expired". So long as the contacts still work many guys leave their ads "expired".

did you try to contact him? He is Slovak and lives around Bratislava like "Hans Lagerfeld" who he hangs with. He uses his real name a lot since he's a famous Slovak wrestler ("Hans" is a Slovak boxer but his real name isn't as public). But both seem to get to Prague a lot. A friend knows him and says he has thighs like tree trunks and is shorter than he thought. But he likes his life private and doesn't advertise except for OnlyFans so I respect that.
