The Loophole by Garfunkel and Oates Garfunkel And Oates
+ nycman replied to + Avalon's topic in The Lounge
Your title doesn’t match the video.....and it’s too good to miss.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pzs0aGu1fU Fuck me in the ass....’cause I love Jesus! -
Anyone with any insight as to way LI is such a wasteland?
+ nycman replied to biggerbilly's topic in The Lounge
Wasteland. You asked! Grin -
I’d be willing to bet that they are contact lens. They just don’t look real. I once went on a date and the guy who showed up wearing strange lenses. Physically he was hot, but I lost all interest. It was like talking to someone who doesn't take off their sunglasses indoors. Just odd and annoying.

Do You Get Up Alot At Night To Go To The Bathroom?
+ nycman replied to + Avalon's topic in The Lounge
Yeah...that’s a little insane. Once or twice a night after 50 is ballpark “normal”. That many times....isn’t. I bet it’s akin to sleep apnea and hazzardous to your daytime health as well. -
The definition of honeymoon..... That very short period of time between “I do”...and “I wish I hadn’t” No gender crap needed....it’s a universal misery we all share.

I don’t completely agree. Questioning is a part of life. Just because you are unsure, doesn’t mean you’re on the wrong path. I agree it’s a warning sign though....and it’s a part of the equation that needs to be considered.
-
I agree with both camps here. What tilts me one way or the other depends on how you feel about the relationship. If you find yourself constantly longing for it to go to a deeper level and you are incessantly looking for minuet clues that he “might” feel the same way about you, then it might be time to move on. Like mental illness and any addiction, it’s when it keeps you from enjoying a balanced and happy life....that you have a problem. Of course, identifying that you’re on that road and headed for disaster is the part of the art of a well lived life. It sounds like you enjoy his company and the time you spend together. There are many men on my “payroll” in various “positions”, some very sexual, some not at all. I enjoy their company and I feel these men make my life richer and they help keep me balanced. You just have to do the math. On the whole....is your life better with him in it? And does he help keep you balanced....or is he knocking you off balance? In the end, I don’t think you have to end it......unless it’s unhealthy for you.

Be careful is my only advice. I was on a flight to Europe and having trouble connecting to the plane’s WiFi...while fidgeting with my phone and trying to get the WiFi to work I must have turned off my “airplane mode” for about 5 seconds. My phone downloaded over $500 worth of “satellite roaming data” in those 5 seconds before AT&T shut down my service. 3 phone calls later....AT&T has agreed to remove the charge twice...but failed to do so...now they are refusing to remove the charge at all. My advice? Turn all your devices onto airplane mode as soon as you board the plane and don’t touch them again until you reach the gait.

It’s one of my few real fetishes. In fact, I had a wing man who used to approach men in the bar who were cruising me with their baseball hats on facing frontwards. He’d whisper in their ear, “flip your hat backwards and he’s all yours”. The ones who listened....were handsomely rewarded. He didn’t tell me until years later....”seriously dude.....you were like a one of Pavlov’s dogs”....lol! And if it was a Yankees hat?....home run!....no clue why...but true.

Max, I think you shot yourself in the foot on this one. Live and learn.

Nice guy. Looks like his pics. I found him a little detached as well. Saw him 2 or 3 times hoping he'd warm up. He didn't. I didn't repeat after that.

Luggage: Duffle Bag or Suitcase for short trips?
+ nycman replied to Doe Be Doe's topic in The Lounge
100% Duffle Bags. Like "comfortable shoes"....wheels are for losers. -
Yes or No Answer only : Have you stayed at a Trump Property
+ nycman replied to + purplekow's topic in The Lounge
Yes and maybe. I didn't think it was all that great. I could care less about the man's politics....I want a comfortable pillow and a nice bathroom -
Best ever.....Amankila Bali. Runners up...... Either of the two Four Seasons in Istanbul The one on the Bosporus is better for the view....the one in Sultanahmet is more convenient for tourism. The Baccarat in NYC. Flawless and style for days. The Mandarin in NYC. Go for the Hudson River view rooms. They’re cheaper, have a better layout and a better view. The “Central Park” view rooms look at the butt of the Trump Hotel....which is about as nice as it sounds. Las Ventanas in Cabo. Splendid isolation when I needed it most. The Adlon in Berlin. A modern recreation of an old school gem. The Peninsula in Hong Kong. Peaceful perfection in a chaotic city that I never liked. The Four Seasons at the Surf Club, Miami. The old parts of the building remind you that Miami was once “cool” and the new parts by Richard Meier are stunning. The Four Seasons Florence. An amazingly beautiful and peaceful hotel in my favorite city in the world. Overrated “5 stars”.... Any Ritz Carlton.....ever The Muerice Paris The Four Seasons Prague, Palm Beach, Denver, and Jackson Hole. La Mamounia Marrakech
