Check out this link. “He” was in town awhile back and told me to buy gift card, etc. Did not meet with him.

My instincts alerted me. Thanks for the validation!

Just checking again to see if anyone has had experience with this guy. $180 seems a hefty price for a 60 min massage esp. if strictly therapeutic. Hoping someone can report back if there is more to it.

He’s pretty amazing. totally hot too
Sorry don’t know how to PM on this
Well, I won’t be able to vouch for that myself unfortunately. Word of caution to bigger guys.
Contacted Ron and asked about availability. First response was welcoming saying he’d love to work on me. When I asked if he’s welcoming of different body types, I received some lame passive aggressive response that he’s nursing a hand injury and it’s difficult for him to work on “bigger guys” right now and has to work lighter than normal until he is fully healed.
Hmm...maybe I like lighter pressure anyway (I don’t but that’s not the point...lol). A hand injury recovery as a masseur that inhibits one’s ability to perform as normal might have been something to disclose up front, not after someone tells you their size. Gotta call BS on that one. Message received. Pass, and move on.

Hello again men!
Had to share my latest experience/response from a masseur. Contacted Ron in SF (https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/1260/) and asked about availability. First response was welcoming saying he’d love to work on me. When I provided my usual disclosure about my size and asking if he’s welcoming of different body types, I received some lame passive aggressive response that he’s nursing a hand injury and it’s difficult for him to work on “bigger guys” right now and has to work lighter than normal until he is fully healed.

Message received. Pass, and move on. My method worked as usual to filter out these guys and save me the time, trouble, and money.

cool, fun-loving, friendly ad text.......other providers could learn a thing or three from his attitude.....
Agreed. But have you seen him, or are you only addressing his ad text? Any experiment first hand and in the flesh?

Anyone see him?

"De gustibus non est disputandum" (or you can't argue with someone else's taste): My experience with him was: nice guy, ok massage, sort of passive and "mechanical." Then again, I just may not have been his type, or he might have been having a bad day. He certainly is a nice-looking guy, though. I saw him earlier this Spring.
Yes, I agree with you 100%. Not a negative experience at all, but completely unmemorable except his looks (he is super sexy for sure). He was nice enough, but not sure I’d return.

Didn't hear back, but decided to take the plunge and book with him. Glad I did. The massage was excellent. Amazing firm pressure, and overall one of the best technical messages I can recall. Can tell he is skilled.
He is responsive and pleasant. I recommend and will probably be back.

Any questions, go ahead and PM.
I just wanted to send an update. Leo now offers incall appointments in a studio he shares with others. I saw him this past weekend, and it was great. He’s really kind, welcoming, and definitely has legit skills. I recommend him.

That's not a lot of weight.
I don't understand why you say you're a big guy.
Two grown men at 200 each is perfectly acceptable and nowhere near big or table breaking capacity
Well, I am recently down about 60# since the beginning of the year...and he is pretty slender. Also, I’m 6’3”.
Where do you practice? Maybe I’ll come see you...lol
-
I've had my table break in the past from a very large client.
Yikes that’s awkward! . Lol. My worst nightmare....
Just saw a masseur who was doing a technique and standing on my back. He was holding himself up on bars but at one point said he had his full weight on me. I did a rough calculation and our combined weight was around 430#. I thought to myself at the time I was glad the table was sturdy.

I am a big as well and I used to not disclose that info to masseurs or escorts. And I wouldn't respond if they asked for my height and weight.
And now I inform my potential hires of my size because I would hate to have a masseur or escort not really put any effort into what they are doing...also a masseur told me he asks for peoples weight because his table had a weight limit so there is that possibility even though I've never heard that from any other masseur.
I’ve assumed that the table weight limit question was either a signal that it’s a crafty way to filter out fatties or that the provider has a cheap table. lol
Just yesterday had a masseur ask for pics in order to discuss the content of the session. I said thanks but no thanks. I don’t need to subject myself to that scrutiny if I also have to shell out a significant amount of money. This was from MF, not a dating site for Pete’s sake.

In my experience the reaction you can expect depends on whether the masseur is truly professional. Most guys on these sites are not doing it because it is their career. They are doing it to make some money, perhaps to tie them over until they can move on to something else. The rate of turnover (comings and goings) should support my position. A true professional is ready for all types. The others are not.
It is odd, I have the opposite problem. I have always been a skinny runt! I live in fear that the guy will turn to me and say: 'Dude, you are all skin and bone; there is not enough for me to work with!!!'
Thanks for sharing this. Glad you can relate but for different reasons. Couldn’t agree with you more on your perspective about professional masseurs.

Hey guys,
I’m a big guy, so typically when looking for a new provider I naturally gravitate to those who specify in the post that they welcome “all body types”. However, those are not very common and there are masseurs that I’m interested in who do not include this. In these cases I will ask up front if they are open to working with larger sized clients and gauge from their response.
Sometimes I get back a positive response and book accordingly, other times a very carefully worded lukewarm reaction and I decide to pass. Ive never had anyone blatantly reply negatively, but occasionally get no reply....which I consider a “no” response.
I’ve found for me this helps to avoid awkward or uncomfortable situations. The pros have seen it all and understand that part of the job is accepting different people. Those that assume all clients should fit their preference are in the wrong business. Many men (esp “hot” gay men) being unattracted to overweight people is to be expected...believe me, I get that. I’m not saying they need to change their ideas of what they consider attractive, but maybe rethink your career choice.
I’ve been very pleasantly surprised with masseurs who have been welcoming and kind, and who didn’t at all make me feel different. On the flip side I have experienced those who I just felt were not into it...going through the paces for a buck.
I would not just take a gamble and just hope for a good vibe. Being up front gives the provider an opportunity to bow out gracefully and saves me the money and my dignity in the process.
Curious how others handle this?

Looks like he’s listing on MF now: https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/35801/
Contacted him to ask about availability. He responded asking me to tell him about me. Hinted at beyond therapeutic if there is “chemistry”, and asked for pics to discuss it further. No thanks. Pass. I thought I was a paying client, not going on an audition. The price is way too high also.

Lol...yeah well, lean muscle. Works for me!

Bump. Wondering if anyone has any recent experience with him. He’s visiting my area soon and I’m interested...very sexy pics, and seems cool.

I agree, but with the weirdest personality
As someone who has seen Ryan a few times I wanted to hopefully qualify this, as “weird” can be a bit subjective. From my observation he seems like an introvert. So the social interaction of meeting essentially strangers does seem uncomfortable to him. Could also be chemistry. Not sure. So, yeah the small talk was a bit forced, but I did not at all feel any of this in the massage itself.

It’s all good. I’d prefer to know now and save my cash rather than waste it on a subpar experience. Or find another provider that is more accepting and welcoming.
