has anyone ever set an appointment to see a doctor for say 2pm, arrive on time,check in and wait 45-1 hour to really see the doctor? did anyone just get up and leave? my point is things happen. if you feel that you are setting a time with someone who is not responsible and trustworthy to see you on time then the answer is quite simple...dont set the appointment. if you feel you are making an appointment with someone credible then give him slack. a one hour appointment should be more like about a 3 hour stint for the client if travelling to the escort. time to get to the escort, unpreventable traffic/, wait time on the escort, the hour session with some possible overage of chit chat then the ride home or to wherever you are going afterwards. if you really are on a tight schedule then dont make the appointment in the first place. if the escort is coming to you, then take the 3 hour time frame and reduce it to at minimum 2 hours...more like 2.5 hours at that.
