There is also the risk of a deep vein thrombosis on such long flights. Even on shorter flights, I’ve seen passengers remain seated for hours. I have to walk around.

If the filler is done with great moderation, the results can be very nice. A young provider I know had it done very tastefully.

In the East, I would recommend a nice English or Dutch lad for a multi-day trip. Flights inside Europe are pretty cheap and I’ve found the multi-day rate attractive.

Well-fitting clothes are a must. I hate seeing a shoulder gap in a jacket. For a slight premium, consider having your clothes made to order. You can choose from a wealth of fine Italian fabrics and choose you own linings and buttons. Always chose operating buttons for the sleeves. Ditto for shirts. You can choose fit, collars, whether or not you want pockets or French cuffs, and buttons. I’ve been doing the same with belts and buckles. I haven’t ventured into bespoke shoes yet, though one can’t go wrong with Alden, Nettleton, Church’s, etc.

Alden cordovan shoes are amazing with a navy suit. Black shoes are stating to make a comeback, though, and nice Ferragamo or Gucci black loafers with the horsebit accessory are striking.
