I just stay away from those apps. Besides, now that it’s owned by a Chinese company, it’s probably accessed by Chinese secret police, although for what purposes I’m not sure. -
One of my regulars bought one the last time we spent a weekend together and he tried it and it worked well! No side effects that I can tell. I’ve tried a more traditional one, but could never generate enough suction so I dumped it. It wasn’t cheap. I don’t think it’s that unusual a thing.

As has been discussed many times here, some escorts who could really kill it simply don’t like escorting that much and just do it occasionally.
