I’ve never encountered a provider with BO. Fortunately, few of them wore cologne, which utterly repels me. I always tell them: no cologne. Curiously, I’ve noticed that naturally smooth, younger companions never have BO, even though they often arrive straight from the gym, at my request. I met a former star provider in Dallas years ago, after he’d been at Pride all day. The mustiness was utterly erotic!

I stay in plenty of Airbnb places and I’ve never had a problem. In many cases, they offer self check-in, so you never meet the host. Besides, if I’m paying, I’ll bring whoever the hell I want to my place. Some guys worry too much about what hotel employees might think. Believe me, they’ve seen it all. Most of my companions are attractive and friendly, so the hotel staff love chatting and sometimes flirting with them.

If you’re used to NYC prices, you won’t be too shocked by the cost of living there. It has great restaurants and scenery, but the beaches are packed in the summer. You’re really close to LAX, which is a big plus. It’s also far better maintained than Santa Monica.

Over the past year, I’ve been rather shocked at how many early 20’s providers want to rim me. I never request it. It just happens. Never was offered nor requested for years before. Is this a trend? It’s quite intriguing to me.

Regional accents seem to be dying out among younger generations. I think it’s the influence of TV and video games, which tend towards the neutral American (TV news voice) accent. When I visit Eastern Europe, where English is widely spoken among the young, they all tend to have more of an American accent rather than a British one. They all easily understand my neutral American accent.

Basically, the upper middle class accent of the Home Counties.

Yep, just shrug it off. In Seattle there are several providers who never respond to texts. Rather than worrying about WHY they would spend the money to run an ad and then not respond, simply move on.

I hesitate to tell even frequent companions who and how often I see providers; I don’t want them to think I’m a slut!
