I've seen Eddie many times, I recommend, have and will repeat. Eddie's a great man who consistently delivers excellent + playful massages. He just knows how to make a guy feel good. re. shorts on vs. off, I've experienced both....even when "on" they were so loose fitting/stretched out as to not be much of a cover or barrier at all....I find "on" hot as well.
