Oh that's awful! I've heard that re-using a wet towel that was not left hung up to properly dry out before reuse is the worse thing to do. Apparently leaving the towel wet or damp for a long period of time allows it to grow some serious fungus. Thus the staph infection. And I'm referring to your own towel.
