I'm not sorry to hear that spa has closed. I went there once and it was one of the worst experiences in every way. From the masseur who didn't speak a word of Engish so you couldn't even communicate what you wanted and then he kept rubbing my legs to the point he was wearing out my skin with not enough oil. Then the room I was given was so small that I had trouble undressing. I'm not a big guy and could barely get my pants off. I recall leaving there more stressed than ever. It may have been the only time I didn't want a happy ending!

I have much respect for Xiao because he is truly a sincere guy. He is always willing to right a wrong done to his clients once he is made aware of it. He runs his spas professionally and with the best interest of his clients. He has been known to fire a masseur if he finds out there is any upselling going on during a massage. Xiao is a good business man who knows that a satisfied customer will return and recommend others to try his spas. Good point! However, with all due respect, there are many of us who may branch out and try a masseur for the first time and may not have pre-arranged by making an appointment so the masseur would not even be able to contact his 'unknown' client to inform them.
