Tad harsh. Masseurs are always changing rates up and down. In my own business I have published rates. None of my current customers will ever simply pay me those rates even if they know them, nor would I expect them to. It’s my job to inform them.

This guy is the real deal. Saw him today for a massage while he was visiting Oakland. Totally enjoyed the massage...he is very thorough and puts a lot of care into it for sure. Agree with another post that he was soft spoken when I first arrived, but was very personable, engaging, and talkative after the massage. He was not rushing me out the door like some do...sat and chatted for a bit well passed the scheduled time.
He is a very nice guy. Totally unaffected by how stunningly beautiful he is. Kind with absolutely no pretense or aloofness that some guys seem to develop when they look like he does. And sexy Russian accent!

I have to echo the same as @lets go - I have had dozens of legit masseurs who after a few sessions have gotten a little more handsy.
I think there's a few factors:
I always tip very well.
I keep it casual and not creepy or trying to get a HE.
I'm a big leaker so I'm certain I've left wet spots on the sheet and the draping.
I have a pretty big dick that's hard to ignore when hard. (Except for when they use a like 50-pound blanket type sheet or drape so tight you can barely move.)
