  1. @Capitano Thanks for chiming in on Mario... I've been wondering about him. I hear you on the contact; I feel like when masseurs get tired of actually trying to massage you, then they ramp up other activities. Still, could be worth trying once.

  2. If I am intrigued about a masseur above $150, I may try him once but it will have to be extraordinary for me to return. I also find that masseurs who charge closer to $200 tend to offer more than a message.

I agree with this... I can't recall returning to anybody who's in this price range. Then again, I prefer to see new people constantly, to keep things interesting.

The other thing I'd add, is that I don't feel the need to tip at this price point, and I wonder if that is part of the masseur's calculus. I'm viewing this to be the all-in price, and they should be, too.

  3. I ended up checking out Real Extreme Touch (http://www.realextremetouch.com). I liked being able to see the masseurs online, and they will make reservations/confirm that the person you want to see if working on a given date/time. Don't expect much in the way of ambiance, or a working shower, as was the case during my visit. Also, it's located in San Juan, so as long as it's not rush hour, only about 25 minutes from Makati (which is around the corner in Manila terms).

@LoveNDino proposed another spot, White Palace Spa, which I'll also try to visit during my stay.

  4. I would echo @dcbbvers' sentiments. I found him very attractive... but after a very brief massage, and a similar attempted upsell (which I declined), he moved to the happy ending, and that was the end of that. I doubt if it lasted 20 minutes. But he's hot, and I admit, I left wondering if I should have just hired him in an escort context and would've been happier.

On another note, the incall space in Miami left a lot to be desired.

  5. I saw Logan in FL recently... although he's advertising on RM, its just for massage, and he could only do outcalls... not sure if that would be different since he's in a different city.

Really cool guy, though. And the pictures are accurate.

  6. I, too, prefer to zone out, and was used to doing so from years of spa massages. But when I started doing more sensual massages, I found that there's talking. Sometimes a lot of talking. It's not necessarily bad, but I never feel that mental relaxation the way I would if I had an uninterrupted hour of peace and quiet.

However, I'm leery to shut it down, because like @510guy said, it helps to connect with somebody from whom I'm usually expecting more than just a deep-tissue massage. So unless the conversation veers towards politics and religion, I usually just entertain it, and I feel like it results in less "robotic" experiences, like some have reported here.

  7. I was thinking about posting a similar comment the other day; I'm glad you did.

I had a masseur recently who delivered an awesome technical massage, and the sensual part was also great... he allowed for a lot of touching. When he asked me to turn over, he quickly moved towards the HE. I told him it'd happen pretty quickly, and indeed, it did.

I showered, and walked out of the apartment, before looking at my phone and realizing it was less than 40 minutes after arriving. I was suddenly irritated. On one hand, I wondered if I sent the wrong signal. Was I too frisky? Should I have been more clear to delay the HE? I ended up texting him about it, just to see if he'd reply, and of course, he didn't. All things being equal, I definitely would have returned to him before realizing the time deficiency; now I'm not sure.

I asked another masseur and his take was that after the HE, it's clean-up time and the massage part is generally finished. Granted, there are some situations that will compensate in other ways, but I am still confused how to handle this going forward.
