Another said he would get back to me about an appointment but didn't; and the third one rescheduled me for a time that would work better for him (which was absolutely fine) -- and didn't reply when I reached out to confirm. They were all guys I had seen multiple times over the years, so it was frustrating, but I moved on and found providers who communicated better.

Saw him a few years ago in Dallas (pre-COVID). Safe setup in a chain hotel near the Medical District/Design District, along I-35.
