This would be the county conservator. She was gone on Thursday and Friday. I called this morning (Monday) but she was out of the office. I'm waiting for her to call me back. I have no family or friends who can help. Family because of distance and my friends have moved, died, or worse off than I am.

I suffer from leg and foot cramps. I'm online maybe 12-14 hours per day. My laptop is on a tv tray. I sit in my comfy chair with both feet flat on the floor. However if I put my legs, feet up on the foot stool and at night when I go to bed with my legs stretch out horizontally after awhile I get cramps. My doctor told me to take a calcium tablet before I go to bed. I have. But I have grown a tolerance to them. After several months I'd need to take one or two more during the night. I'll get up and walk it off the best I can. I set in my comfy chair in the living room and rub my leg. I decided to stop taking the calcium tablets for awhile so hopefully when I resume taking them they will help. Any suggestions on what to do help?

I was just watching the recent episode of "Deception" and someone in it mentioned that high heels were first invented for men so that when they rode horseback they could stand in the stirrups and shoot.

I was remembering the episode of "All in the Family" where Archie and Meathead were discussing which was the best way to remove one's shoes and socks. Whether it was both shoes first and then the socks or one shoe and sock and then the other. For me it's always been remove both shoes and then the socks. Sometimes at home I'd want to walk around the house in my socks. Now I go barefoot inside. I go days, a week or more without wearing shoes. Shoes are heavy! But I get mine from a diabetic shoe store and they put wedges in them. I remember my grandmother teaching me how to dress myself. That shorts and tee-shirts had a front and back. But I was happy to learn that unlike shoes it made no difference which sock went on which foot. ;-)))

Many years ago I saw Hulk Hogan in a match. I had a co-worker whose teenage daughter liked professional wrestling. They lived out in the country and I in town. They had no cable and I did. Back then it was the WWF. And there was some pay-for-view event on Thanksgiving Day. I taped it for them. Later when the WWF came to the area we three went to see it. I remember one beautiful wrestler from that night, tall blond, no tattoos. Gorgeous. Don't recall his name. After it was over we went to the area where the wrestlers exit and waited to see them come out. It was cold!
