The Aztec Emperor Montezuma had a zoo. I remember once reading that he may have had bison. Seems possible. Afterall the Romans had animals from outside the Empire.

17 May, Thursday episode. Bad Leo! I don't know why Leo just doesn't tell Sonny everything. Sonny is a nice guy, he'll forgive Leo. It was nice to see the bartender back.

I wasn't trying to be political only attempting to set the geographical boundaries of what constitutes the South and not the culture. Akin to New England consisting of six states - Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island (and Providence Plantations), Connecticut.

The South would be the states that allowed slavery in 1861 regardless of whether they joined the Confederacy or not. So that would include Maryland and Delaware. West Virginia in 1861 was still a part of Virginia and did not become a state until 1863.
