FWIW, if it's not urgent, I generally check the travel calendar before getting in touch. Have found that he tends to be a bit more responsive when he's home versus on the road. Haven't met yet, but the stars have aligned and I'm going to be in CT at the same time as Tristan...

I tried to meet him several weeks back. He's about an hour out of London by train, and the negotiation became... challenging. Not helped by the fact that there were ZERO trains running south of London and he refused to believe me. Looked him up, str8, married, with kids. Though that's not necessarily a dis-qualifier for gents here.
