I took the plunge. The location is a dicey strip mall. It’s real run down. A guy pissing on the wall in front during broad daylight. The space itself looks nothing like the pictures on the website. They clearly used AI/Photoshop. When I walked in the front door, it’s a tiny room and 4 of the employees were sitting in it - tight and cramped and run down. 
 
Postives are Eric looked like his picture and gave a very firm, therapeutic massage. Despite finding Eric and the spa on RM, it was strictly therapeutic. Even tucked in the sheet tight. Nothing sensual about it. 
 
I wouldn’t return on the location alone. But I would see Eric for a legit massage if he worked elsewhere.

While on the topic of Oliver, I’m surprised there aren’t more mentions of how heavily altered his photos are. 
 
Oliver was the first guy at TWS to catch up interest when I saw his photo. At the time he only worked one day a week and schedules never aligned. I also really enjoyed my sessions with Alex and Andre so I was happy to continue booking them. 
 
When I finally booked Oliver, I was shocked at how different he looked in person.  I felt like I had been duped. The massage itself wasn’t much of a massage. It was a one and done situation for me.

I’d like to share a quick thought. Recently, I tried sessions with two new therapists, and it gave me some perspective.
It turns out that the spa owners and staff do read the posts in this forum. When it comes to massage quality or communication with clients, they genuinely appreciate feedback and are willing to improve. However, there have been some negative comments that aren’t entirely accurate, and unfortunately, they don’t have a way to publicly respond or clarify those points.
Some of the therapists have also expressed that they would prefer discussions here to focus on the massage itself, rather than other topics. They’ve mentioned feeling uncomfortable and even a bit unsafe,knowing that this is a public forum that anyone, including outside parties or authorities, can access.
For anything beyond general massage experiences, it might be more appropriate to discuss privately via DM. There have also been situations where clients come in expecting specific things because they read about it here, and then try to direct the therapist to do exactly that. It’s important to remember that every therapist has their own boundaries and professional choices, and it’s completely their right to decide what they are or aren’t comfortable offering.
Let’s be respectful of that and avoid putting pressure on them.

i recently had time w oliver… wasn’t impressed with the massage, outdated pics, and almost immediate jump to “release” during the massage. he seems like a nice guy, but i felt a mix of being catfished and leaving like i didn’t get a solid massage.

I went and tried the new spot. It was a mixed experience. While TWS is in the apex of a busy strip mall,  Silverlake Wellness is a bit more inconspicuous as it’s tucked away off a busy street. It’s a standalone building. I like the setup inside TWS more. 
 
I booked a session with Parker as I thought he was really cute in his pics on the website. His look in person was different than those online. I left underwhelmed with my session. He may get better with experience.

I recently saw Kuay for the first time. 
 
Pros: He looks like his pictures. He’s cute and has a rocking body. Seems to have training. 
 
Cons: Not very engaging. Didn’t ask about pressure or check in. Clearly has a routine and sticks to it.  I think he was getting sick or getting over being sick. Stopped mid massage to go to the bathroom and let a loud one rip. 
 
There are lots of talented masseurs and others I’d like to try, I don’t think I’ll repeat. 

I booked a session with Jacob. I hesitate to say anything negative because he was so nice. The pictures are not current. He is older and not as defined. The massage was ok. I don’t think I’ll book another session. 

Andre for sure. Patrick used to be as good as Andre, but Patrick's got real attitude and arrogance these days and will send you inappropriate notes afterwards if he's in a mood. Andre, however, is simply adorable.

I’ve now seen David twice - once on a hotel bed while he was traveling, and once on a massage table at his place in LA. He is incredible!
David is exactly my type of beefy muscle guy. He is also warm, friendly, and provides a truly connected experience. I’m sure some of this is about good chemistry between the two of us, but he is a truly skilled masseur who has been properly trained. He’s very good at the kind of slow-burn sensual buildup I love most, mixing true massage with teasing elements. He is also open to more, much more. It’s all fun. The table massage was better massagewise, but still great on the bed. oh and he isn’t price-gouging! 

I look forward to seeing him again.
