I'm in the same boat as the original poster -- middle aged, but still very fit and horned up. I find the Super Big Gay cities like Barcelona and Sydney and Manhattan don't work all that well -- too much attitude, and there's always someone hotter just one click away on Grindr or Scruff. But I could hardly walk from so much hot sex after a few days in Morgantown, W. Virginia, or Denver, Colorado, or Eugene, Oregon (all on business), or overseas, e.g. Brisbane and Hobart in Australia.
