If I had to make a recommendation for DC, try Jake Hughes. He was like a old buddy, welcoming and down to earth, solid massage. And a friend here has had very good experiences with Oleksandr on m4m.

Justin in dc, not the link there, that is dan. He was just ok, had him twice but too twinkle for me.

I had a massage with him at his new place in DC. Massage was good as was the conversation. I have tried others due scheduling since then will probably go back to him as a regular. Plus his prices are reasonible. Extras were included and quite nice. Most importantly was how welcomin he was and he made me feel like an old buddy just hanging out o natural.
