I don’t think that’s always true. Often guys, like me, are legitimately looking for info on providers who don’t have many reviews on the sites or here. I know that Chicago providers often don’t get the number of reviews as ones from NYC or LA. -
I wouldn't assume anything based on where they advertise. Asking questions here is your best best on finding information. But, as always, everyone's experience may differ.

My massage was okay and the extras are certainly impressive, but he shorted me on time because he had to get to his real job. And he hasn't responded to multiple attempts to schedule again since.

That's someone who simply isn't serious about being a provider. This thread should be a good warning about anyone trying to schedule with someone like this. If they aren't serious from the start, cut your losses and move onto someone who actually wants your money.
