I messaged with him today. He's still only doing outcalls but says he will help cover a hotel room cost. His rates include him being nude and mutual touch- $225/hr, $250/90mins, $300/2hrs.

It's easier to develop that skill when non-sexual nudity is normalized and common. The puritanical nature of the US prevents that for many people. We're lesser for it.
