These are very useful when installed on the front of the walker. (swivel wheels).

Hey Avalon, I have purchased in amazon wheels for my mother's walker. For the front we bought the ones that can turn and for the back the ones that don't. She really likes it with wheels when she goes out. This way she doesn't have to pick up the walker and turn it. By leaning on it, it makes it easier for her to make turns.
