Best option offered is for the June, July, August, or December time frame. Second best option is for Sept, Oct, Nov, or over a holiday period. It will depend on your original reservation. Some people reserved the minimum of 4 days, others reserved a whole week. Also, I don't think you can reserve for same week next year because is still more than a year away. However, if that works let us know. I'm going to see if I can use the credits for the second week in December. Hope all goes well with your request. Cheers!

Today I got a similar response. I am going to take up their offer. I just need to figure out the best time to do it before the end of the year. The response I received was great and attests to their excellent customer service. Happy as a clam in high water!
