I had an apppointment with Oliver a few weeks ago, I had to cancel. But he was communicative and responsive to my emails and seemed very willing to meet. Agree he is probably just trying to protect himself - who can blame him?

I have never shared my full first/last name with a provider. Confidentiality is very important to me. I have shared my first name after meeting with a few, just "in conversation". And I share details about myself in very general terms, i.e. "I work in IT". Most providers have been willing to tell me their first name, assuming they are being honest. One provider (so far) has been willing to share their full name + address. I think there's plenty of legitimate cause for concern about confidentiality for both providers and clients, especially given current administration, recent events @ RentBoy, the legal climate in your state and also what you personally have at stake. I can't imagine a scenario where I would disclose my full/real identity to a provider. I did have an uncomfortable situation where I met a provider at a hotel. He was sitting on a bench outside when I arrived and recognized me, I guess I had sent a face pic (mistake). So he got up and walked in with me while I was checking in, which was uncomfortable b/c (1) the check in agent referred to me by my full name and (2) he was > 25 years my junior and let's just say it probably looked questionable that we were father/son. So, lesson(s) learned there!

Met with Chad today. Good communication, started right on time. Looks just like his pics, beautiful face and stunning blue eyes - sweet young man. My favorite experience (so far) is a provider who texted me after (to thank me for a hot time), and continues to text me. I get a text every week or so, "remembering our hot time", "I miss your penis", "looking forward to seeing you again" etc. By no means does he have to do that, nor did I invite it. It's a nice touch. Keeps me engaged, feeling like I'm more than a John and looking forward to our next meeting. But, that is the exception. I always send a thank you text/email (when I am thankful), can't say I've never rec'd a reply but I would consider it a "message" if that happened.

Similar exchange with him today on RM. Will find it similarly challenging to schedule.....but likewise is on my short list

Many providers are good with mature guys. Esp if they list they are into "mature" or "daddies". As someone has already stated, communicate clearly your stats/needs/expectations...I would also rely heavily on this forum as some providers will say "yes' just to get paid (sorry providers...no offense, just my experience). You deserve the full experience you are looking/paying for. And, yes....size helps even in this world (providers may perform better if you are hitting their "spot" LOL).
