In this world of client and provider there are some basic rules of the road. While I know the client is only paying for time spent with the provider, we also know that is not all what the dollars are for. With that said, providers like to know in advance what the client would like. Assuming that is expressed clearly, which is the clients responsibility, the provider can agree to some or all or decline entirely. So assuming the provider agrees to all in this case, a meeting date and time is set up. In this case the provider is topping, so he knows he has to be hard and the client is expecting that to happen. When the provider can't/doesn't deliver for what ever reason and the client decides to end an appointment early, should the provider expect the total fee, if the meeting was scheduled for 2 hours but the meeting is ended in 45 minutes? IMHO I would not pay for the full 2 hours, but so many providers expect it and will demand it. i am lucky to be bigger than most, so I stand my ground to not pay the full fee. I will pay for the hour, even though the provider was unable to deliver and nothing more. There have been a hand full of times when a provider couldn't perform, the meeting ended early and he would not accept any money, even for time spent.

I am late to this thread, but have a POV on scenario’s like the one Steve experienced. Escorts always want to know what you want. Sounds like Steve provided the required detail. Based on what Steve said he would like to have happen, the Escort quotes him $400/hour for 2 hours and the meeting is at the escorts place. $800 for an in call is steep, by any measure and is a lot of money to an escort and client. If you don’t think it is a lot of money then mayb you have lost touch with how hard it is to earn that. Especially since you have to earn on a pre-tax basis about $1,600. This escort, who claims to have not cum in days then decides to JO before he has a 2 hour, $800 appt with a client. That is inconsiderate, disrespectful and entitled. Entitled especially since he knew within minutes of Steve entering his appt what the situation was going to be and the session ends well before the first hour has passed. He does not offer an apology nor does he offer to return any of the money he did not earn. I some circles that is stealing. He felt entitled to the total fee, despite not being able to deliver on his agreed to services. Write the review, no need to soft peddle it.

I think you can def. get a provider to average a $200/hr call if you book multiple hours or even an overnight. As Rand mentioned it helps to be respectful, polite and kind........you know the same way we want to be treated. Each provider is different and may or may not agree based on how busy he is.
