I tried both routes for my morning spin class. I perform better with food in my stomach. A bowl of oatmeal had me wanting to puke. But one scoop of whey protein powder in my almond milk works great. And I have lost 6 lbs since middle of February.

You are correct. There are plenty of fish in the sea. I hate it for him, he pled guilty for the charge. Then skipped on his charge hearing. Warrant out for his arrest at this point. Online records can be a birch. I guess he's probably embarrassed. I'd help him out, but oh well.
