I tried both routes for my morning spin class. I perform better with food in my stomach. A bowl of oatmeal had me wanting to puke. But one scoop of whey protein powder in my almond milk works great. And I have lost 6 lbs since middle of February.

I am going to Cancun on Monday. I will be connecting at Dfw. I am thinking of taking some toys in my checked luggage. I would put those silicone and real feel toys in some boots.
