When I was there there was some going from one hotel to another. Whether it was to compare and compete or whether it was to make sure that all booty was equally and evenly spread I don't know. All I know is that I enjoyed it. And they are so close together that you can be in one place or the other.

I can only respond to your post in this way. 1) I dearly wish I looked like my avatar (is that the right word?). I do not. I would not mind looking like that ass. 2) Despite the fact that I had a really amiable conversation with the gentleman who accompanied Tristan that day, I would not be able to vouch that your were/are not Tristan's boyfriend. The gentleman that I spoke with did not state that he was Tristan's boyfriend leaving open the possibility that you and Tristan are/were in one of those very, very understanding relationships that encompasses both his "accompanying" other gentlemen and deviled eggs. 3) When I was there Tristan was dressed in a very small bikini bathing suit so I can't really say he looks like GI Joe. I have never seen GI Joe in a bikini and have never seen Tristan in fatigues. So, unfortunately, I can't say Tristan looks like GI Joe. My suggestion is to get a similarly built GI, put him in a bikini, and bring him to the meeting. Also have Tristan attend again dressed as he was. Believe me I would be more than happy to view them both "on parade" for a very long time and come to a conclusion then. 4) Assuming that we both engaged in conversation that day (and your post assumes so) I must say that you are hardly "insufferable" in conversation. Actually, the hotel I spoke about in my post was the Canyon Club (a few of my compatriots were staying there) and we had drinks and as you say talked. No big deal. It was a lot of fun. Several of them went on to other bars or did other things there. I went back to my hotel and did not feel pressured to do anything else if I did not want to. Good Grief, please don't make your decision based on some of the remarks made in jest in this thread. Believe me, I am a very conservative person (sometimes I wish I were not). Last year was the first year that I attended the Palm Springs event. The events I attended were so subdued I was sort of disappointed. The dinner of course is held in a restaurant and is just a nice mixture of the gents that have been writing in the various threads in the site and a few escorts. It was a wonderful way to meet people and have a good meal. The next day I was brought to Oliver's party and got to meet even more guys that I have exchanged posts or PMs. It was all very low key. It's like a cocktail party with sun and deviled eggs. I met a few of the escorts whose names I recognized but there was no pressure to do anything.
