It is definitely true that laws are different in the various states and handled differently. In larger cities it is sometimes the truth that non-violent, single person violation of statutes/laws is overlooked simply because there is too much going on. That changes where a single person is making money off a group of persons that he or she handles in order to make money. -
Actually, yes, I think. While the majority of one's member will be inside, full lips expand the amount that is rubbing against the "tallywacker". However, for me there is just something sexier about a guy with full lips that goes beyond nice blow jobs.
