I suppose of the "willingness" to pay is in proportion to how much you have to pay. Paying $1K to some may seem like paying $250 to others. I agree, however, the gentlemen who's fees are very high most often have the attributes that do not need to advertise except through select purveyors (as demonstrated in the article).
