Has anyone seen The Report ? I have not seen it and I think it is being shown by Amazon. It has a fairly star-studded cast (Jon Hamm, I see you) and I, like others, must remember when the country was going through the subject of the film. It does show a government that is willing to do anything and say anything to get away with what it believes will accomplish the goals it has set for itself. Burns, takes its cue from the stern dedication of its hero; the result feels pressurized, disheartening, and fraught.
