  1. I have been ordering for a few years now through Peapod here in Chicago. I believe it is stationed in many states. As I mentioned, I depended on it because I do not have a car and would have them deliver canned goods, paper goods, produce, eggs, dairy, etc. Everything was very professional and ordering was online. The delivery persons were really nice and you could only tip through the site so there was no cash handling. Then inexplicably (right before the whole virus thing) they pulled out of several Midwestern states. They only gave a few days notice. So everyone had to find an alternate service right away. Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods have a delivery service. I used to shop at Whole Foods while I was using Peapod before. I would only buy certain things at Whole Foods. At any rate, I do not really like Amazon/Whole Foods as much as Peapod. I might try other services in the future.
  2. I am in Chicago and I do not know if I went to the same Jewel if you did (an old, horrible one on State and Roosevelt) but when I went on Friday I could not get eggs, orange juice, toilet paper, or butter. Forget about the most commonly desired sanitizer products. They closed the salad bar, although the deli section was still open. I do not have a car so I can't buy all that much but I wanted to buy a few things.
  3. Does anyone have an estimate about what percent of actors that perform on sex videos for the major gay companies (e.g., Falcon, Lucas Entertainment, Hot House, Sean Cody, Corbin Fisher) are actually straight men? I know there are a lot things that have to be defined exactly but I am just looking for a round estimate. I remember reading that it was a fairly high percentage, perhaps 70 to 80 percent. I thought that this subject has been brought up in the Forums before but my searches used tags that did not produce anything. Thanks.
  4. Tell part of the story.

  6. Yes. However it is only one small part of what needs to be done.
  7. I love how the water cascades off the full moon.
  8. Do they have a "reverse search" where you can get their home phone?
  9. You Loves Your Kyle. No problem here.
  10. Naughty!
  11. Who might this pool boy be?
  12. I'm assuming (hoping) it's for me.
  13. Tom Katt, such a great bottom.

  15. This was a very relevant episode of our PBS station. https://schedule.wttw.com/episodes/502250/Influenza-1918-American-Experience
  16. I imagine that states will forbid travel between themselves when they make the decision to shelter themselves in place. I do not know if state officials know that once there is a peak that parts of the country "that continue to ignore the public health risks now" will simply not reinfect the states that had become a shelter in place. Of course, we do not know whether people can be reinfected.
  17. Does he at times look like porn star Matt Ramsey?
  18. If you have not seen "God's Own Country" Netflix is offering it. Terrifically acted by everyone involved (especially Gemma Jones, Ian Hart and Josh O'Connor - my future husband). I had seen it a couple of times before but glad I watched it again. Try it if you have not watched it.
  19. I simply imagine alabaster and pedestal.
  20. Hopefully they will be smart and issue you the refund of the 2-days deposit. They should figure out that if they do you probably will go there next year and pay them for the entire stay. If they are assholes let them know that Hacienda is right around the corner and you plan to spend all four days there.
  21. One lucky date. His eyes show his disbelief.
  22. I had accidentally bought a couple of large packs well before anything happened. Actually, I had bought one from Amazon but accidentally typed "2", but it turns out it ended up not being a mistake. I gave a couple of rolls to my elderly neighbor.
  23. Hacienda has had no problem sticking with their 14-day cancellation policy. Had the Weekend been a week or two earlier it would have been a 30-day policy. However if you checked in on the 17th you would be just under the wire. Now I just have to try to either have the airline make some other stipulation for their ticket or figure out how my travel insurance policy that I bought for the trip might cover the plane ticket during this time. I am going to cancel this year because my elderly aunt has been placed in isolation based on symptoms in her assisted living community. Of course, a COVID test is not to be had.
  24. I wrote the Hacienda when I was going to book and they told me it would be only 14 days (the Weekend was not within any event or holiday according to them). As for the plane, I booked through Expedia a while ago and bought travel insurance at the same time. I tried reading through the policy a few days ago and could not real understand it. However I am going to try again. Plus I am not sure if the federal/state governments may make some decisions as it is their policies that are making the decisions whether you can go on a plane, etc. I think that my policy allows a certain amount of time after the trip is scheduled in order to make a claim.
