In my thoughts, even with an escort agency, it wouldn't always mean you would get the guy in the photo you requested. Maybe 15 years back I asked an agency about two different guys they had. I was informed that neither were still with them, but they offered someone else, who I was not interested in. It showed me they really didn't care about the customer, or they would have kept their list of guys current.
I think it also inflates the price, as the agency will want a cut of the money.
Rentmen, Friendboy, and other options seem to be working decently well in their current formats, as long as the client thinks with the head further from the ground than the one closer.
