I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the browser/OS that you may be using to play it. I played them on an iOS device this morning, and they played fine. After reading this message, I tried to play them on a PC, and they would not play, and listed as "Unauthorized."

The $160 hourly rate for NY is reasonable. I agree that the $280 for 90 minutes is too high. Multiplying the $160 by 1.5 would be $240. So, I would drop the 90 minutes to about $225. Just my 2 cents.
