  1. Got to return home to NMB last week for a few days and stayed with buddy. Got to do the beach and some good times in South Beach. Got up to Hollywood one night for a dinner with my aunt. I do miss her so much.

Haven't been to Key West and islands for 8+ years. Wonder how bad it still is from the hurricane fall.

  2. I had a hernia from lifting but it was on left side of lower abs. Had it removes but stitches weren't tight enough and woke to a bed full of blood at 4 am. Had it fixed.

Heavy lifting usually causes hernias. Not sure about gh and roids contributing to them but always a possibility.

  3. Had nipple piercings before. But once drunk man and his wife pulled on nipple ring while I was performing in a club, led to nipple bleeding and getting infected. But by the time, the two drunks tried to make it out of the club, they were stopped by security. I couldn't perform for two weeks and dropped out of bbing comp that was three weeks later.

  5. Young gays aren't going to the bars as much - probably down 45 percent. So, they meet on dating apps or something like it.

Being on the frontline in bars as a stripper, the amount of people (all) has declined in going to clubs and bars. That has resulted in a less playful and fun environment where all kinds of people meet and get together for a good time.

  6. I was certified trainer in gyms. There are a lot of trainer types - some focused on nutrition and being lean while others focus on agility and others focus on bodybuilding. I had two client focuses: 1) older women flexibility and stability 2) teenage guys sports training.

I love bodybuilding and am great at it, having competed. But most guys coming to a gym don't want to be a competing bodybuilder because it is too much work with little return on your investment in the sport.

It all depends on what you want to achieve in fitness and if that fitness model knows how to help you achieve it.
